Graphic Design
Brand identity & promotional materials assignment
A larger semester project from my Noroff studies, combining research, branding, and design execution into a cohesive identity system with both print and digital deliverables.
Year :
2024
Industry :
Graphic Design
Client :
University Assignment
Project Duration :
8 weeks

Problem :
The semester project required taking on a larger, more complex design challenge that combined research, ideation, and execution. The main problem was to develop a concept that was not only visually appealing but also strategically thought out and backed by solid design decisions.
Solution :
I approached the project as a case study: starting with research into target audiences, design trends, and functional needs. From there, I developed a visual identity system, supported by branding assets and mockups to show real-world application. The project included logo design, print and digital collateral, and a presentation that tied the whole process together.

Challenge :
The biggest challenge was managing scope. With so many deliverables, it was important to prioritize tasks and ensure consistency across outputs. Time management, iteration, and presentation polish were key hurdles that required planning and discipline.

Summary :
Semester Project 2 showcases the ability to handle a larger-scale design problem from start to finish. It demonstrates skills in research, concept development, execution, and presentation—highlighting not just creativity, but also the process and structure behind design work.
